Playnetic Delivered More Than a Game at ICE Barcelona 2026
Playnetic made a standout impression at ICE Barcelona 2026, welcoming partners and visitors to experience the people, creativity, and technology behind our games. From our commercial and marketing teams to the creators and innovators across our three in-house studios, attendees had the opportunity to connect directly with the minds shaping Playnetic’s immersive gaming portfolio.
Thank you to everyone who joined us in Hall 2, Stand 2R70, from 19–21 January. ICE Barcelona 2026 was a fantastic opportunity to connect, showcase innovation, and demonstrate why Immersive Gaming Entertainment is More Than a Game.

Strong Start to 2026
ICE Barcelona set the tone for the year ahead, marking the next phase of Playnetic’s growth with a full schedule of productive meetings and new conversations. The show proved a valuable opportunity to strengthen existing partnerships and kick off new collaborations for 2026 and beyond. We were also proud to welcome David Mann as Chief Executive Officer and Kai Bootha as Chief Commercial Officer, to the team.

Tournament Winners
Our three-day Paws of Egypt Tournament was a major highlight on the stand. Jan Meiners emerged victorious, taking home a voucher for a Holiday for Two, anywhere in the world. Congratulations to our winner and thank you to everyone who took part.

New Game Launches
ICE marked the successful launch of Paws of Egypt, alongside several key Q1 2026 titles. The releases were met with strong engagement from partners, reinforcing Playnetic’s commitment to immersive design, performance, and standout gameplay.

Caricature Keepsakes
Easily one of the most popular activities on the Playnetic stand, Get Sketched saw our in-house Studio Art Team putting pens to paper and smiles on faces. Visitors walked away with personalised caricatures and a memorable Playnetic takeaway.
More Than a Stand
A TEAM THAT CONNECTS
ICE Barcelona 2026 was about more than simply showcasing Playnetic’s games portfolio – it was about bringing people together. The Batak ‘Claw A Light’ challenge on the Playnetic stand created a fun, competitive space for our team, partners, and visitors to connect throughout the show.
The Batak challenge got off to a flying start before the show even opened, with the Playnetic team putting their own reflexes to the test. Paws and claws were out, as our team competed for the top spot, setting the tone with plenty of laughter and energy, before stand visitors joined in to compete for a bespoke Paws of Egypt plushie toy.
